Voyage Austin invited me to share the story behind the studio — from studying Interior Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design to my early years with the textile houses Lee Jofa and Brunschwig & Fils in New York.
Those years designing showrooms taught me to see a room as a composition of fabrics first. That instinct still leads every project: get the textiles, colors and textures right, and the rest of the room falls into place.
After moving to Florida and then Austin, I found my footing designing custom homes and staging for developers and private clients before opening my own studio. The throughline has always been the same — homes that feel joyful, personal and genuinely lived-in.
